This document deals with phase 3 of the study of space technology applications and identification of information requirements for natural and technological disaster management. Normally, phase 3 should describe the technical approach per real accident of the disaster management information requirements. However, for the major nuclear risk, it was decided not to deal with any real accident, but rather with measures which are part of the emergency plan for nuclear installations.
