LOOP (LOgiciel Océan Projet) user guide for external personnel. With this software, the Fisheries Information System (SIH) offers its clients, all its partners and Ifremer's experts/researchers a unique resource for : - CREDO, IFREMER data calls answering team, for managing all data calls in the fisheries sector; - GTI: Monitoring the participation of French experts in International Working Groups (IWGs) in the fisheries sector. This user guide for LOOP software presents the main functions of the software for the different user profiles: administrator, coordinator, expert, client and read only. This guide does not necessarily go into detail about functions or actions that may seem intuitive. It covers the project management requirements for two actions: CREDO and GTI. For CREDO, a project = a data call For GTI, a project = participation (by one or more experts) in a working group. LOOP centralises all project management (who should do what, when and how) and manages the discussions between coordinator and data requester for CREDO, and coordinator and group participant for GTI. It enables the coordinators of these two actions to manage their activities, from receiving request to reporting. This version of the manual covers the functionalities of the LOOP software version 1.3.19 of April 2025. . Au travers de ce logiciel, le Système d’Informations Halieutiques (SIH) offre à ses clients, à l'ensemble de ses partenaires et aux experts/chercheurs de l'institut Ifremer, une ressource unique pour : - La Cellule de REponse aux appels à DOnnés (CREDO) dans le cadre des suivis des demandes de données dans le domaine halieutique ; - Le suivi des participations des experts français aux Groupes de Travail Internationaux (GTI) dans le domaine halieutique. Ce guide du logiciel LOOP (LOgiciel Océan Projet) présente les principales fonctionnalités du logiciel pour les différents profils d’utilisateurs : administrateur, coordinateur, expert, client et visiteur. Les fonctionnalités ou actions a priori intuitives ne seront pas forcément détaillées dans ce guide. Il couvre le besoin en gestion de projets pour deux actions : CREDO et GTI - Pour CREDO, un projet = une demande de données - Pour GTI, un projet = une participation (par un ou plusieurs experts) à un groupe de travail Dans les deux cas, LOOP permet de centraliser toute la gestion de projet (qui doit faire quoi, quand et comment) et de gérer les relations coordinateur vs demandeurs de données pour Credo et coordinateurs vs participants aux groupes pour GTI. Il permet aux coordinateurs de ces deux actions de piloter leur activité du suivi de projet jusqu’au rapportage. Cette version du guide couvre les fonctionnalités du logiciel LOOP dans sa version 1.3.19 d’avril 2025.
