Observations on the cycle of Marteilia refringens in light and electronic microscopy led us to realise in situ experiences of experimental infestation. According to the rivers the period of infestation varied between may and auguste. During the winter the parasite seems to be absent from the tissues of the oyster.. Les observations sur le cycle de Marteilia refringens en microscopie photonique et électronique nous ont conduits à réaliser in situ des expériences d'infestation expérimentale. La période d'infestation a varié suivant les rivières du mois de mai au mois d'août. L'hiver le parasite parait être éliminé des tissus de l'huître.
