The annelid polychaete Polydora ciliata (Johnston, 1828) regulary colonizes the shores of Picardie (France), covering the musse! band of mud and causing their death by asphyxia. This report is a preliminary study which aim is to settle a program of supervision and prevention against this colonization. L'annélide polychète Polydora ciliata (Johnston, 1828) colonise régulièrement le littoral Picard, provoquant l'envasement des bouchots et entraînant ainsi la mort des moules par anoxie. Ce rapport représente l'étude préliminaire visant à mettre en place un programme de surveillance afin de prévenir cette colonisation.
