The National Observatory for Natural Risks (ONRN) project was born from the shared vision of insurers, CCR and the state, whose post-Xynthia parliamentary information report echoed this project. It took shape with the invitation for proposals held by the Advisory Committee for the Prevention of Major Natural Hazards (COPRNM). On the 3rd of May, the ministry of Sustainable Development, CCR and MRN signed a partnership agreement founding the ONRN which was renewed for 3 years on the 1st July 2014. This leaflet explains the management and missions of this observatory as well as the action plan for 2015.
